Returns and Refund Policy

Returns are on us!

We hope you love our products, but if you are not 100% happy with your purchase - we'll credit or refund the purchase price of returned items as described below.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label process below.  Please make sure:

  1. The item has not been worn or washed.
  2. The sleeves and tags (if any were provided) are still attached.
  3. The item cost $20.00 or more and it was not a sale item.
  4. The item was not damaged in any way (unless it arrived that way)
  5. You are making the Return Request within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

If you answered YES to all the questions above, your return qualifies!  No returns are accepted for items that cost less than $20.00 or are beyond 30 days of the delivery date. 

How do I prepare a return?

Follow these instructions to prepare a return.  Just a reminder that free returns DO NOT APPLY to any sale items.  All sale items are final sale.

  1. Fill in the Return Request form found here (the form will be automatically sent to us).  One form per item is required.
  2. We will validate your return qualifications and contact you with any questions.
  3. When approved, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to return the item(s) (one shipping label will be provided to return multiple items submitted).
  4. Once we receive your returned items and validate them*, we will credit or refund the item's purchase price** to the original payment method.

 

*Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your return.  If you need assistance with your return, please contact us at Info@StepChangeClothing.com.

**We do not refund or credit any shipping costs, only the returned item's purchase value.
