100% Recycled Packaging!

Your order will arrive in 100% recycled poly bags.  Shirts will be wrapped in 100% recycled tissue paper.  Nothing fancy, but better for the planet.  We want your purchase to arrive completely undamaged, just as we packed them.  Please pardon any scrunching or bunching.   

How long does it take to receive an order?

Please allow for a 1-2 days to ship your order and then plan for the additional 4-7 days of standard shipping transit time.  Orders with graphics may take longer since we are crafting these items by order. You can always choose a premium shipping service at an additional cost to receive you item sooner.  Contact us at info@stepchangeclothing.com if you have any concerns. 

How do you ship?

Standard shipping takes 4-7 days from date of shipped notification and uses the United States Postal System (USPS). It's the cost effective way to go for small orders. We may use UPS shipping as an option if less expensive for certain weights or sizes.  

Free shipping for orders $50 or greater uses Standard shipping of 4-7 days transit time.

We do offer expedited shipping options for additional fees.  You can select any option presented at the time of order. 

Do you ship internationally?

No.  At this time we only accept orders that ship to US locations.  As we grow and expand, we plan to add international locations.

When can I expect my order to ship?

StepChange Clothing ships Monday – Friday (except for National holidays).  Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be packed and ready to send out. We are just starting up and request your patience as we work out inventory levels and test our systems.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically take 4-7 days from the ship date for them to arrive via standard or free shipping. If you select and pay for a premium shipping option, the specific transit time is quoted by the carrier and presented when you are checking out.  If you have any questions about when your order will arrive don't hesitate to email us at Info@StepChangeClothing.com

How can I check the status of my order?

Log in to your account to check the status of your order. You can also email us at Info@StepChangeClothing.com.  Please include your name, order number, order date and questions you have.  We’ll replay as soon as possible.   

Once packed and shipped, you will received status messages on your packages transit.

Can I ship to multiple locations?

At this time, we cannot ship part of your order to one address and part to another address. For delivery to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order by sending an email to Info@StepChangeClothing.com. If your order has already shipped we will not be able to cancel your order, so please contact us for other options.
